What if I just don’t like it?

If you are not satisfied with any item, return it within 15 days of receipt for a free replacement or return; simply contact us via phone, Whatsapp, or Email at the contact details given below. Please pack the shipments carefully, so that it doesn’t get damaged during the transit and follow the instructions communicated to you via our representative.
We adhere to the following policies
- Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of the product
- All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
- Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a snapshot at [email protected]
- If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
- In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Arteebo.com. In this case, an amount of $20 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
